Please don't send pupils' personal details. We don't need them to help, and Peak ADI is built so we never hold them.
Quick answers.
How do I back up?
Go to More, then Backup and export, and tap Back up now. Choose iCloud Drive or a place in Files. The backup is one file with everything in it: pupils, lessons, blocks, progress, mock tests, your settings and your photo.
Your records live on your iPhone, so back up every so often. More shows when you last did.
How do I restore a backup?
Go to More, then Backup and export, and tap Restore from a backup. Pick your Peak ADI backup file. Restoring replaces what's on the iPhone with the backup. Your current data is saved as a separate file first, in case you need it.
Moving to a new phone
On your old iPhone, make a fresh backup to iCloud Drive (More, Backup and export, Back up now). On the new iPhone, install Peak ADI, then use Restore from a backup and choose that file. Peak ADI Pro is tied to your Apple ID, so sign in with the same one.
Peak ADI doesn't sync between devices yet. iCloud sync is coming.
Restoring purchases
If you've subscribed before but Peak ADI shows the free plan, go to More, tap Peak ADI Pro, then Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the Apple ID you subscribed with.
Managing or cancelling your subscription
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In Peak ADI, go to More and tap Peak ADI Pro to manage it. Or, on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Peak ADI.
To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before it starts. If you cancel, you keep every pupil and every record. You can't add pupils beyond the free limit of 3.
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Redeeming an offer code
Go to More and tap Redeem a code, then enter your code in Apple's sheet. A free or discounted period renews at the normal price when it ends, unless you cancel first.
Deleting a pupil
Open the pupil, tap the ••• button at the top and choose Delete pupil. You can also press and hold a pupil in the Pupils list. This also deletes their lessons, blocks and progress, and it can't be undone. If you might need their records, back up first.
Locking Peak ADI with Face ID
Go to More, then Security, and turn on Require Face ID. Then choose whether Peak ADI asks when it opens, when you come back to it, or both. If Face ID isn't set up on your iPhone, set it up in the Settings app first.
Peak ADI never sees your face data. iOS only tells it whether the check worked.
Does Peak ADI work without signal?
Yes. Everything is stored on your iPhone, so the diary, pupils and payments all work with no signal. Directions in Apple Maps or Google Maps need a connection. So do drive times, if you've turned them on in More.
