Peak ADI terms of use.
Last updated: [date]
These terms apply to your use of the Peak ADI app, made by [business name] ([address], hello@peakadi.app). By using Peak ADI you agree to them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement also applies.
Using Peak ADI
Peak ADI helps you manage your driving school diary, pupils and payments. You're responsible for:
- the accuracy of what you enter, including prices, payments and test dates;
- keeping your pupils' personal information lawfully, as its data controller, including telling them you hold it (see the privacy policy);
- keeping your own backups: your data is stored only on your iPhone.
Peak ADI's readiness scores, suggestions and exports are aids. They don't replace your professional judgement, and nothing in Peak ADI is financial or tax advice. Check figures before relying on them, for example in your Self Assessment.
Peak ADI Pro
The free plan includes up to [3] pupils. Peak ADI Pro removes the limit.
- Subscriptions: Peak ADI Pro Monthly and Peak ADI Pro Yearly are auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID's subscription settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Offer codes: free or discounted periods from an offer code renew at the normal price when they end, unless you cancel first. Lifetime access from an offer code doesn't renew or expire.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
If Peak ADI Pro ends, you keep all your pupils and records, but you can't add pupils beyond the free limit.
Acceptable use
Don't use Peak ADI for anything unlawful, or to store information you don't have a right to hold.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Peak ADI reliable but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we ever stop offering Peak ADI, we'll give reasonable notice where we can, and your data stays on your iPhone and in your backups.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, we aren't liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, loss of business or profits, or loss of data you haven't backed up.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.
